A five-speed automatic transmission keeps the engine in the heart of its power band and the VTM-4 all-wheel drive system is fully automatic, putting torque where it needs to go, even on soupy surfaces. VTM also has a lock mode that operates in first and second gear at speeds below 18 mph to put the maximum torque on the ground in low-traction conditions.
